for real wtf is going on with my head!!!  my doc has me keeping a diary.  a migraine diary. 

all signs point to darcie is a fucking barometer.  who controls the weather?  i need talk to them.
this has been going on for months now.  i get in so much pain i spew.  how is this even possible.  vicodin is the only thing thats works but it makes me useless.  maybe my head will explode.  that would be great.
